What we do to keep this site usable for everyone.

Our commitment
H2row wants every rower to be able to use this site, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, screen magnification or voice control.
What we aim for
We build and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Every page on this site is checked at three screen widths for colour contrast, text that fits its container, and keyboard reachability before it goes live.
What we check
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text.
- Every image carries alternative text.
- Headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
- Phone numbers and email addresses are real links, not plain text.
- The site works at 390px wide without sideways scrolling.
Known limitations
Some product photography is supplied by manufacturers and its alternative text is shorter than we would like. The storefront and checkout are provided by third parties and we do not control every part of their markup. We are working on both.
