What we collect
We only ask for what we need to get your order to you. When you place an order or get in touch we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing address, along with the contents of your order.
Payment information
Card payments are processed through PayPal’s checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. H2row never sees or stores your full card number — that information goes directly to the payment processor.
How we use it
- To process, pack and ship your order.
- To contact you about that order — sizing questions, stock, shipping updates.
- To handle returns, exchanges and warranty questions.
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever. We do not share it with anyone except the parties who have to touch it to fulfil your order — the payment processor and the shipping carrier.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure how the site is used, so we can fix what is broken. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the shopping cart will not work without them.
Your choices
