Terms of Service
The terms you agree to when you order from H2row.

Placing an order
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once the order is accepted and, where required, once payment clears. If something you ordered is out of stock we will call or email you before charging you for it.
Prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Volume pricing on standard-size shoes is 8 pairs at $75 per pair, 16 pairs at $72 per pair, and a better number again at 32 pairs or more — call us for that one.
Tax-exempt orders
If your club or school is tax-exempt you must call Don at (734) 552-2663 before ordering so the exemption can be applied. We cannot refund sales tax after the fact.
Shipping estimates
Shipping dates and costs shown at checkout are estimates. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day, but carriers are outside our control. See Shipping & Returns for the detail.
Returns
Fit and quality issues are handled personally — call or text and we will sort it out. Full terms are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Fitment
H2row shoes fit all North American hulls. European and some Asian boats use different hull patterns, and Empacher, Filippi and Sykes hulls need specific plates. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering — we would rather spend five minutes on the phone than process a return.
Use of the site
Our product photography, text and the H2row name belong to H2row. Please do not copy them for commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with it.
Liability
Rowing equipment must be fitted and checked by a competent person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2row’s liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
