General Questions

  • Will these work in my boat?

     H2row fit all North American hulls. European and some Asian boat use different hull patterns. Call me for solutions today! 

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes! - Call/Email for overseas orders. 

📏 Sizing & Fit

  • How do I know what size shoe to order?

     Measure the inside length (heel to toe) of a comfortable pair of shoes you already wear. Then compare it to our Size & Shipping Guide to find your size.


    • Men’s sizes: US 6–16 (Euro 38–52)
    • Women’s sizes: US 7–12 (Euro 38–45)

    Women’s shoes are cut narrower through the heel and midfoot for a better fit. (Tip: Many lightweight men also prefer our women’s sizing for a snugger fit.)


💳 Ordering & Payment

  • Do I need a PayPal account to order?

    Nope! Even if the checkout uses PayPal, you can pay with any major credit card.


  • I’m a tax-exempt organization. How do I order?

    If you’re tax-exempt, you’ll need to call Don directly at (734) 552-2663 so we can apply the exemption before your purchase.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes! The more you buy, the more you save:


    • 8 pairs: $75 per pair
    • 16 pairs: $72 per pair
    • 32+ pairs: Let’s talk — you might be my new best friend.

🚚 Shipping

  • How fast do you ship?

    Most orders ship the same day.

  • Shipping seems high at checkout — is that the final price?

    Not necessarily. Online checkout uses a standard formula, but I can often beat those rates. Call or text me at (734) 552-2663 before ordering for the guaranteed best shipping price.


  • What carriers do you use?

    • U.S. Orders: USPS Priority Mail (3–5 days) or UPS Ground.
    • Expedited Shipping: UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air available (prices increase quickly — plan ahead to save).
    • International Orders: EMS Mail or DHL (most countries receive within a week).

🔧 Product Questions

  • Do I need special plates for my boat?

    Most North American boats use our standard plates. If you’re rowing in Empacher, Filippi, or Sykes boats, you’ll need our Phenolic Plates or Aluminum Plates (depending on your setup). If you’re rowing in a BATLogic system, you’ll want our Custom 2-Strap Shoes and the BAT plate adapter.


  • Can I use H2row shoes on a Concept2 rowing machine?

    No. We don’t recommend using H2row shoes with Concept2 rowing machines.
