Measure the inside length (heel to toe) of a comfortable pair of shoes you already wear. Then compare it to our Size & Shipping Guide to find your size. Men’s sizes: US 6–16 (Euro 38–52). Women’s sizes: US 7–12 (Euro 38–45). Women’s shoes are cut narrower at the heel and midfoot.

Most North American boats use our standard plates. If you’re rowing in Empacher, Filippi, or Sykes boats, you’ll need our Phenolic Plates or Aluminum Plates (depending on your setup). If you’re rowing in a BATLogic system, you’ll want our Custom 2-Strap Shoe.

No. We don’t recommend using H2row shoes with Concept2 rowing machines.
